FAQ
How to book an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please provide a valid credit card. This credit card will be charged for all upcoming appointments. You can book appointments directly through our online booking page. Alternatively, you can also make a reservation using our online chat service or by calling 778-580-8358 during our business hours.
What If I need to cancel or simply can’t show up?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. In the case of a no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged.
What form of payments do you accept?
To maintain a hygienic and sanitary environment in our health clinic setting, we kindly request that you refrain from using cash as a form of payment at Oakridge Massage. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Card.
Do you do insurance direct billing?
Direct billing is available only for Pacific Blue Cross. For all other insurance providers, we will issue an insurance-reimbursable invoice. Please note that direct billing cannot be guaranteed as a form of payment. We offer direct billing as a complimentary service. In cases where the direct billing request is unsuccessful or unavailable, the patient will need to pay upfront and seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Are your therapists registered and insurance reimbursable?
Yes, all of our massage therapists are registered with College of Massage Therapy British Columbia (CMTBC). With the registration with CMTBC, you can get reimbursement with any insurance policies in British Columbia.
